« Some of the staff were very helpful. Others had an attitude of, why are you here asking me a question? Several employees smelled like weed/marijuana! The wait staff in the restaurant was terrible, Food was over priced, didn’t taste good and wether you were there for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the wait time for your food was long and the meals were cold every time! On future trips to St Thomas, we will not be staying at Margaritaville! »

« The property is beautiful the staff was good. They don’t have everyday guest service: u have to call them if you need clean towels and toilet tissue or clean sheets. The service is not automatic like everywhere else that’s the only thing I didn’t like. Overall it is a very beautiful property »
