We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Palms. The home is absolutely beautiful with stunning views, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The host was amazing—extremely responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had. The concierge service was outstanding and really elevated our experience.One of the highlights of our stay was having a couple of incredible meals prepared at the house by Chef Le Ann and her assistant Chunky from Ultimate Chef. The food was absolutely delicious, and they were both professional, friendly, and so much fun to be around. It was truly a special experience.We also enjoyed the hot tub and spending time taking in the view. While a few amenities differed slightly from the photos, (the outside furniture and some of the deck being blocked off), and the pool was not heated so it was a bit too cool for us to use during our stay, it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed the home overall.Paradise Palms is a gorgeous place with excellent service, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway.

House was fabulous. Rooms were all as pictured. Kitchen was huge and perfect for our large group. Having 2 refrigerators was a plus, able to store both food and beverages easily. Modern style of the house felt luxurious. Bathrooms were well equipped and the spa showers were fantastic. Every bedroom was large and spacious with furniture to unpack everything including great closet space. So many outdoors spaces to entertain ourselves whether playing cards, talking or just places to relax and unwind. We could all be together or all be in separate locations. The hot tub was a great bonus. We would highly recommend Paradise Palms.

Great location and view. Great value. The concierge and host were very helpful with transportation, chef services, and charter options. They were also extremely helpful and accommodating when we needed to extend our stay due to the situation in Venezuela. We needed to extend our stay and they discounted our rate. These are good people.

We had a wonderful and memorable time at St Thomas. This house had amazing views and there was plenty of room for our large party. Location was perfect with so many different beaches a short drive away. The house was ready before the stated check-in time which was a plus since we arrived a few hours early. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the pool is not very big. However, with so many beaches to explore on St Thomas and St John we never wasted a whole day just lounging by the pool. Overall, we had a great stay.Also, don’t be afraid to rent a car even though some other reviews mentioned the road conditions. Yes, you drive on the left, the roads are narrow, and very steep, but honestly we got used to it after a day. Having a rental car allowed us to explore so many different places. We could also go to the grocery store or restaurants whenever we wanted.

Amazing

Everything about this Villa was perfect. We vacationed with 5 other couples and had more than enough space. The views were spectacular especially during sunrise and sunset. The entire team was extremely attentive from Carrie to Pam and gave great suggestions to help make this a very special birthday trip. Warren and Hector were godsends. We would have had a terrible time navigating the roads especially by the villa. I'm so happy.other guest suggested them. The Ultimate Chef recommended by the villa served some of the most delicious food we've ever eaten. Thank you all for making our 50th birthdays special!

Rainy but awesome

What a beautiful home!!! Once you get over the narrow road that leads you to this beautiful oasis. It’s definitely worth the trip. My family and I really enjoyed it because it rained every day of the week that we were there . The game room was a bonus because we were able to play games and converse with each other. Carrie the concierge was awesome. Whenever I called she responded quickly. I greatly appreciate that. Look forward to possibly rebooking the same house or another house with her. Also, the sunsets are phenomenal.

Stunning house with breathtaking views.

We brought our kids, their spouses and our 5 grandkids. This huge house was perfect as each family unit had a private area of the house. Huge bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Fun game room and pool delighted the kids. Massive kitchen has plenty of seating and counter space. The views were breathtaking…like a postcard! Carrie was very helpful in connecting us with a driver and answering questions before we arrived. Concierge Pam helped with excursions, grocery delivery and restaurant suggestions. We didn’t encounter any issues and had a wonderful week.

Great get a way

We had a group of twelve that stayed at Paradise Palms. The space was enough for all of us. Pam and Carrie are great to work with. They helped us with getting a designated driver, renting our own boat for a day at St. John, and dinner reservation and everything was spot on.We even had a little issue with the house and they made it right.The only thing that was a little disappointing was the pool, it does not get any sun and it is not heated so we did not use the pool much. But that did not stop us from enjoying our time in St. Thomas. I would definitely recommend this house.

Stunning and perfect stay!

We were blessed enough to stay at this amazing home last week for my 50th birthday celebration. It was our entire family, parents, children, spouses & grandbabies - 11 of us and we had so much space for everyone to have their own little piece of heaven. The views from this house (from every single room) were absolutely gorgeous and the house itself was equipped with everything and anything we needed plus some. Carrie was an absolute delight to work with and she made sure we were all taken care of and had all the information we needed for our entire stay. I would highly recommend this beautiful house if you visit St. Thomas - I know we will for sure be back and this will be our go-to location for our next visit!

Virgin trip to Virgin Islands

Can’t stress enough how amazingly peaceful and beautiful the views were at this property. It is isolated, so if that’s what you’re looking for (we were), this is the perfect place. More than enough room for multiple families. The entire place was inaccurate and we’ll stocked. Highly suggest renting your own vehicle, beaches and shopping are close by. Carrie was very responsive and helpful, checking in and out was a breeze. Will definitely revisit in the future.

60 bday in St Thomas

As stated in other reviews, views beyond belief! House designed well for large groups with bedrooms feeling private. Road in feels as if you are driving into the jungle, but very manageable. Private Catamaran, fishing trip and private chef worth the investment! To quote my 26 yo son-in-law, house makes you feel boujee! Carrie and Meghan very responsive to guide and help out. Trip of a lifetime!

Amazing vacation spot

This home was white glove clean, we couldn’t find one thing dirty or out of place! The beds were very comfortable, the linens soft and luxurious. We loved the fact that each bedroom had its own mini split for cooling, so we each got to choose the temp for our own bedroom. The kitchen is adequately stocked with pots and pans, which was important to us as we enjoy cooking. The property manager was very helpful and always quick to respond! She even went out to purchase something for the kitchen when we asked for it. Her attitude was always upbeat and helpful, and her professionalism was top notch! Helpful info about the home, two bedrooms upstairs share a bath, so not every room has a private bathroom. One bedroom/bathroom is completely by itself, you have to go outside to get to it, and it smells like water or maybe mold… though you cannot see any water damage or mold anywhere. It didn’t bother us since we weren’t using it. Don’t run too many appliances in the kitchen at one time, you’ll blow a breaker, like we did. Lol! The one downside to the house… it’s so nice you won’t want to leave!!!!

Beautiful home on the side of a mountain

The Paradise Palms home is beautiful and spacious. Our family really enjoyed it. It was well stocked with everything we needed. I have a few comments as cautions: First, the home has multiple levels and in many cases one must go up or down a few steps to reach a room. This is fine if all the guests are able to navigate steps, but could be a challenge for those who have trouble going up and down steps. Second, some of the roads to and from the home are one lane through the jungle with no road signs and require very sharp turns. Luckily, they are not traveled to much and there is room for three point turns where needed, but it's still a little scary especially in the dark. Be sure to use navigation and use "Paradise Palms" for location. Also, the driveway is narrow, long and steep and had two jeeps (probably the owner's) parked on the side while we were there that we had to navigate around going in reverse. We were able to do so successfully, but it could be an issue if the rental car doesn't have a backup camera. The maintenance folks were great and handled an outage caused by a nearby lightening strike promptly. Also, the Concierge was great and very helpful in booking activities. 5 star service on both !

Everything we expected and more!

I would rate the property a 10 out of 10 with absolutely no issues. The pictures of the property are very accurate, and the property was even more impressive in person. We were a group of 11 adults (our grown-up children and their significant others). The six bedrooms are spread out perfectly throughout the house which gave a sense of roominess that was needed. The outdoor area is wonderful with multiple different levels and the pool was great for a daily cool down. The road to house is narrow and steep but definitely drivable. We bought most of our groceries from the nearby Cost U Less and ate meals out all over the island. The house was perfect for our stay, and nothing went wrong but if it had, Carrie was only a call/text away. I would definitely recommend this house to others, and I would personally stay again. Thank you for the wonderful stay at Paradise Palms!

This property is exactly as it appears in the photos and description on VRBO. I was one of eight and the house easily accommodated us all with beautiful bedrooms that all had gorgeous views of the bay and islands to each side. The house itself is absolutely stunning and the view is breathtaking! We really enjoyed the private pool, several different decks and patios, and the beautiful veranda on the third story. The kitchen was large with 2 stove/oven combinations, large table and bar. Bathrooms a plenty! One thing to be aware of is the road to the house itself. We rented a minivan, but found that the taxis only charged $15 a head to go from the house to most anywhere on the island. Hindsight we probably should have forgone the rental. However, a 12 passenger van taxi can not make it to the house. The last road is very curvy with hairpin turns and very narrow. So, we usually got a minivan taxi with no problems. Most taxi’s know the specific area of the house as “past the pillars”, due to the short stone pillars on each side of the road as you enter. Once we got to the house we had a hard time deciding to leave to go exploring the island with such a wonderful view from the private pool. As for biting insects, (mosquitoes), mentioned in previous reviews, we didn’t have any more of a problem than at home in the Carolina’s. The ocean breeze seemed to take care of that. (We went in April.) All in all, this was a perfect location and house that we hope to visit again.

Great house… beautiful views!

Loved our stay here! Plenty of room to spread out. Everyone loved having their own bathroom… Couldn’t have asked for a better view. Loved the waves crashing onto the rocks below. Air conditioning was awesome, kitchen was awesome, beds were so comfortable. We had a very memorable vacation here at Patadise Palms. 😍

Amazing Views

Paradise Palms was a wonderful location for us!! We liked the proximity to Red Hook & Sapphire Beach. We were able to hangout all together but also have our own space. The game room was also a hit! I would recommend staying here.
