Amazing stay!
Property was exactly as pictured! Staff were friendly and helpful through the process…even FaceTimed us when we became lost attempting to find the property. Safe, secure neighborhood but close to many amenities. We will definitely be booking again!

Massive Condo- very clean
Very spacious and clean. It was a little tricky trying to initially locate the property but Dexter and his employees were very helpful in calling us and directing us to where we needed to be. The water heater is a 10 gallon water heater so our family of four just planned our showers in increments but thoroughly enjoyed the comfy beds, spacious kitchen and beautiful balcony. We also rented a jeep from Dexter and became very thankful for the opportunity as we heard it was difficult to get an Uber. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Anniversary celebration
The property was very comfortable and located well for how we spent our vacation (at the beaches). We had spent our honeymoon on Saint Thomas 44 years ago and it was fun to revisit the island and enjoy the climate and the beaches. We spent the time with our daughter, son in law and granddaughter and we all felt we had adequate space. We would all highly recommend the property.

Beautiful views
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is beautifully decorated. It's large, new, and the views from the wrap-around deck look out to forest and Scott Bay beyond. Nice sunsets! It's convenient to the Red Hook ferry to take day trips to St. John, and an easy drive to Sapphire Beach and Coral Bay. We'd love to make this home base for us again!

Comfortable, clean, great location!
This villa was very clean and well-stocked with comfortable beds, lots of clean linens, and everything you need for a fun stay on St. Thomas. It is a great location that is quiet and out of the way but very convenient to Red Hook and just a short drive to Magen’s Bay, Sapphire Beach, and the ferry to St. John. We can’t wait to come back!

Awesome stay!
Dexter will feel like your friend from the moment you meet him. He's friendly, reliable and very helpful! The house was very comfortable with working generators when the power would go out. Week on St Thomas
Unit was great for 4 adults. Kitchen extensively equipped. Unit was also very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels in bathrooms. Nice porch or veranda outside with a view of water. The neighborhood was not great: it was safe, just nothing there , we had to drive to the store or to any restaurants. Short drive to Red Hook where there’s some good restaurants and the ferry to St John Island. Dexter the host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Lovely home away from home.
We had a great time in this beautiful apartment. Spacious and nicely decorated. It is also close to everywhere we needed to go. I will highly recommend this home to my friends and family. We did not have any problems but Dexter was ready to assist with any concerns. We will be returning soon.

Great Condo near the marina
We had a very comfortable stay here. The condo is as described. The roosters are very loud here but after a couple days we were used to them. Iguanas hanging out in the trees were fun to watch and the balcony was our favorite place to spend time in the mornings and evening. The kitchen could use a few items like a spatula and some bigger non stick pans but we were able to make it work and ate out for most of our meals. There is a grocery store right down the road and Red Hook is a very short drive down the road with some great restaurants.

Sea Turtle / Return to St Thomas
The property was spot on with photos provided online. Our view of the marina and islands was beautiful. We loved having a host who also rented cars! The property is 5 minutes from amenities including fine restaurants, stellar beaches, Red Hook ferry to St. John's. We found sea turtles while on a day cruise and also at Smith Bay Park/Lindquist Beach. Everything we needed was supplied for snorkeling and beach fun! Our beds were comfy and perhaps the couch not so much, but who wants to sit on the couch when you're in St. Thomas!? Room darkening shades made it easy to sleep in. (You get used to the roosters, they are island-wide.) Come see it for yourself!!

My family of 4 stayed here for a short getaway. The property was very clean and more than met all our needs. It is a short 5 min walk to a small beach down the road or a short drive to several beaches nearby. With beach chairs, towels and snorkel gear provided it made for a wonderful trip.

The property is well equipped with everything we needed for cooking, the beach, linens, etc. We loved the location, it’s convenient to so much! My 5 year old and I enjoyed afternoon walks to the little beach down the road.. lots of great seashells/treasures to discover. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was great...i do however have a few things to point out..not critical but should be fixed... 1. Bath and shower faucet handles loose need to be tightened. 2. Kitchen faucet had very low water pressure. 3. Front right stove top burner didnt work. 4. Bath sink faucets had very low water pressure. 5. Tv in bedroom with double beds did not connect to the internet/cable so it didnt work. Loved the ac units, a must, could use another one in the main living area. The extra fan was also great and could use another one. Washer and dryer were pay and should be free. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensials, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Which was expected. Hot was was limited and could use another hot water heater. For 3 or 4 taking showers its not enough. Location was perfect but entrance road could use some repairs, filling potholes. Overall great stay and would return.

Place was just like the listing said. I took the 4 daughters and the accommodations were just what we needed, much better than a hotel. So happy that Dexter had a rental car, it gave us access to go and do whatever and wherever we wanted. I would highly recommend this place!

Great Lodging and Experience
Dexter made our stay so convenient and enjoyable. It started when he also offered the ability to rent a car from him along with renting the condo. The condo was super clean with helpful instructions regarding restaurants, beaches, grocery stores, etc. There were also beach toys, chairs, towels, snorkeling equipment, water shoes, etc. Everything was just as it was pictured/advertised. The location was not too far from a popular shopping district, so we did not have to refill the gas tank until the evening before we were leaving. Dexter was also very accessible and responsive to all the vacation tenants. He even came by to check in with us at one point during our stay. He even gave us instructions on how to most effectively take the car ferry to St. John for a day trip. I recommend anyone going to St. Thomas to stay at Scott Beach Condo and Villas! Dexter cares about you having a great vacation!

Convenient to compass point marina
If you will be boarding or returning from a bareboat charter, this property is an ideal place to spend your last night on land, or first night back from your trip. Just 100 yards from the marina entrance! Clean and well appointed, with great views. The road to it isn’t great, but that is the only way to the marina.

Lovely way to spend Thanksgiving with family
We went to St. Thomas to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter who works on the island. We were looking for a place that could allow us to cook and accommodate 7 people, including two young children. This villa was perfect we were able to cook and eat on the large balcony. The villa was exactly as pictured and very well stocked. Dexter responded quickly to all our questions and was always kind and helpful. The only reason we did not give it a 5 was because being first timers to St.Thomas it was difficult to find the place, a map or precise directions would have been helpful. St. Thomas also doesn't really have sidewalks so if we didn't have a car we wouldn't be able to get anywhere easily. I would definitely stay again. Like other reviewers we did rent a car from Dexter, it was brought to us at the airport and we were even able to take it to St.John on the ferry. We had a slight problem with the car on St.John and Dexter exchanged it quickly for a new car he sent on the ferry. Beautiful island and very nice place.

Super Clean and had everything we needed
This might be the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Dexter was great and very responsive when one of the air conditioners stopped working... He got it fixed very quickly. There was snorkel gear available for use for free. We even rented a car from Dexter, which was also a good experience. There is a small beach within walking distance which is fun for finding shells, but Magan's Bay and other beaches are a short drive if you want a sandy beach. Also, this place is very convenient to Red Hook where there is shopping, restaurants and the ferry to St. John.

Great spot on the east side!
Loved how available Dexter was for us. We had a great full day in STJ and didn’t get to STT to check in until after 7:30pm. He was so gracious and helpful at such a late hour and we got settled in right away without a hitch. We like this side of town as we are close to the Red Hook Ferry dock, Linquist and Coki Point Beach! The night life in Red Hook area is happening and it’s nice to have a place to stay that’s just 5 minutes away! This place is quite large...especially the wrap around balcony..perfect for laying out our snorkel gear after rinsing to dry. Would definitely recommend!

You’ll love it
Dexter’s place was perfect for our needs. We rented an SUV from him, which was super easy- they met and picked us up at the airport. (We didn’t know in St. Thomas they drive on the left side of the road, which took some getting used to, but worked out great given that most everything we wanted to do is within a half hour drive on the island). The condo location was awesome (close to Secret Harbor Beach and Lindquist Beach, down the street from the grocery store- food is very expensive, we cooked a lot , and minutes from Red Hook restaurants and shops). The bed (master bedroom) was so comfortable - we slept like a dream. The balcony was wrap around the condo and great for dinner seating or just hanging out in the evening. Dexter was accessible and helpful for any questions we had. One tip would be to bring quarters for the washer and dryer! We would highly recommend!

I highly recommend this property. The property came with beach chairs , snorkel gear, and cooler. Dexter ALWAYS answered his phone. Anything I needed he was ready to assist. The property was clean and it looked just like the pictures. We appreciated the chart with the best places to visit, and grocery stores for food. The property is in a great location just short drive to shops , restaurant’s, and great beaches. Dexter owns his own rental car service. It was so easy to rent a car and to return it. We had a great 8 days there with NO complaints ! We will DEFINITELY come back and stay there.

This property provided everything we need for our stay and more. Spices to cook, scuba gear, beach towels and chairs, grill, and even liquor. The Ac worked great and amenities were a cab ride away 5-7 mins.

Dexter was great host. The property was as described. Had a great breeze that blew in and an amaxing view. Dexter even provided a rental which was much needed as the major rentals were hard to come by. I def plan to be back again and will stay with Dexter.
