« I do not recommend this hotel\. We had a very disappointing experience as a family\. The breakfast was very poor quality, the American coffee was unpleasant, and the fruit was not fresh\. The management was very rude and treated both guests and employees poorly, which made our stay uncomfortable\. There are much better options in the area\. »
« With both Seceda and Alpe di Suisi cable cars with min walking distance to hotel it was the perfect location. The hotel offers an easy location to get to both while not in the heart of downtown Ortisei. The hotel offers a nice mix of relaxation (pool, silent room, and patio areas) with the access to summer hiking in the area. Great place to stay and really enjoyed our few days there. »
« We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were so helpful. After a long day of hiking, we got to enjoy the mountain views from our garden room. We also used their sauna when we had time. Even if it wasn’t in the city center, there was a shuttle that was always available to take us there so getting around wasn’t an issue. Highly recommend this hotel. »
