„We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. We booked the hotel mainly for the location and bc it has a pool. The pool however was open only 1 day during our 7 day stay - first the pool got new water, then it had problems with some chemicals. In our room there were dog ...

„Property is nice. Room had a large gap under the door and I could hear everything in the hallway.
At around 6 am I woke and there was no power in the hotel. Had to shower and pack up for an important at event with cell phone light only. Lobby was a mess with upset customers.

Contacted them directly and although they have apologized , they’ve offered no compensation for the ...

„Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nicht weit vom Fluss und Downtown entfernt. Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und groß. Betten und Kissen gemütlich. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und lecker. Die Dame am Check-in war weniger bemüht und etwas lustlos, da hatten wir wohl gerade etwas Pech gehabt. Das tat dem Ganzen aber keinen Abbruch. “

„Very cool hotel, clean, quaint. The room was cute and decorated very stylish. Good location for the event we were attending. Communicating with staff was easy and quick responses.
Only downside: late in the evening another guest was singing in another room and we heard it in our bathroom? Kinda creeped us out. Luckily not for long.“

„Easy to get on and off the freeway. Very new and clean rooms. Quite neighbors for sleep. The room was new and missing some light bulbs in lamps next to beds. Breakfast was plenty and good choices and good. Nice outside area with fire pits and grills with plenty of seating to enjoy outdoors. Liked the hand creams in bathroom. We were in a kitchen family suite which was large nice room. Liked the couch with large tv. Would stay there again and recommend it to others.“
