„The hotel has seen better days, the rooms were ok.“

„Before I made a booking, I made a phone call to inquire about the parking situation around the hotel. I fully recognize that it is beyond the reach off the hotel personnel what is going on with the traffic and the parking situation. What is not beyond their scope is to be honest about it and say that it is highly unlikely to find a parking spot on the street streets I ended up having to drive around the city for 45 minutes“

„nettes Personal..das Zimmer war schön sauber“

„Photos look good on Expedia, hotel looks very different. We really had a bad experience. Booked one of the most expensive sea view rooms. Quite expensive. No cleaning service, no sitcom (it was hooottt), no elevator, no service. Staff quite rude. We asked why there was no room no room cleaning. The lady said „our fault“ as we did not put out a sign. It’s the opposite of all other hotels in the world. You need to indicate that you want service. „Do not disturb the other way around“. Nobody told ...

„I recently stayed at Hayden Hall Hotel in Eastbourne for two nights as a solo traveller. The location is fantastic – just steps from the seafront promenade, and only a 5-minute walk to the town centre. There’s also a nearby bus stop with connections to Brighton and other towns, and the train station is about 8–10 minutes away. The hotel has a charming exterior and a peaceful atmosphere. The reception and housekeeping staff were very friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. My single room on ...

„Nettes Boutique-Hotel mit fantastischen Meerblick! “

„Einkaufszentrum, Restaurants und Supermärkte in bequemer Gehweite. Bahnhof Eastbourne ebenfalls. Liebevolles Personal (inkl. Hund CK). Frisches leckeres Full English Breakfast. Wärmflaschen auf Wunsch. Elektrisches Wärmeunterbett für kalte Frühlingsnächte. Perfekte Lage zur Seafront und den Seven Sisters. Traumhafte artsy Innengestaltung. Bequemes Bett. Alles sauber. Super Preis-Leistung. “

Absolut empfehlenswert!“

„Avoid!!! Such a waste of time and money. The room had a bad smell (as the entire building), stains in the carpet and on the walls. Nothing was clean. We needed to leave immediately after 10mins. Moreover, the hotel manager and staff online wasn’t helpful at all. They didn’t even get back to us with a refund. Like it looks from the outside, definitely needs a full restoration.“

„Nettes Hotel. Gute Lage.“

„Zimmer OK, Frühstück nur Englisch Breakfast, kein Käse und Wurst, kein Dessert, Lage war top, Personal sehr freundlich 👍“

„Looks really nice from outside but really dated inside, rooms are also very dated, shower was awful no pressure power at all“

„Morgenessen wird individuell auf Wunsch zubereitet. “
