„The host was very kind, responsive and hospitable. We did some nearby attractions- toured route 11 chip factory, and Shenandoah caverns and their wonderland museum is not to be missed! The mountain had great skiing for my kids. The cottage was beautifully decorated and comfortable, with everything we needed to be warm, comfortable and fed:) We highly recommend Tony and this unit to families. Checkout at 10am can be challenging with kids but I think that must be common on vrbo. Thank You! “

"My stay at the hotel was okay overall. The room looked clean at first glance, but there was a very unpleasant, musty smell that reminded me of mold. Although the room appeared tidy, the odor made the stay uncomfortable. The hallway floors were also quite dirty, which left a poor impression. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They really tried to make the stay better. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during my visit, which was disappointing. Overall, it was an average experience: friendly staff but issues with cleanliness and maintenance. "
