« The property was lovely! Best place we have stayed in Blackpool over the last 20+ years.
I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again!
Staff were amazing, chatty, nice and welcoming.
Car park was full when we arrived (early) but no issues parking on the street nearby at no cost.
Room was huge and bathroom was lovely.
The only issue in the morning was that we could hear other rooms toilets being flushed and the cistern refilling.
We didnt eat here but drank in the bar and the drinks were reasonable and...

« Great location.. friendly staff greeted us on arrival. Room had plenty room to walk round bed. En suite was spacious size. Great size mirror for wife to use.. will definitely be staying here again.. »

« Excellent location. Room small. Clean with ensuite and well equpped with hairdryer and iron and iron board chest of drawers hanging space. Tea and coffeemaking facilities. Fine for the night out of you don't need human contact as all done remotely »

« I've stayed at Gracelands Guest House 3 nights and it was perfect! The situation (4mn walking from the coach station), the bed (very comfortable) , the color of the painting in my room (pink! I love pink!!) and most of all Tony the owner of the hotel! Very helpful and friendly. I recommend Gracelands Guest House »
"No one there at check in, had to wait for the person to appear for more than 10 minutes. Room not very clean, stank of smoke., Very tired and due to the lack of response from reception I decided to open the window and put up with it. "
