« My wife, dog, and I had an enjoyable stay here for a week in the spring. Winery and farm grounds are cute and offer lots of places to relax and explore. Winery owners/staff were super nice, and property management was responsive to messages. Location is great, not far from Shenandoah Natl Park, Luray, etc, and there is even a grocery store 5 mins away. Property isn't a "secluded/private in the woods" feel as its located on the winery grounds and being a partitioned addition to the winery...

« The cabin was perfect for an overnight stay. It was so secluded and the woods were beautiful. We were able to walk to the winery/brewery down the road and spent a lovely night by the fire. We were comfortable sleeping in the cabin with the windows open. The farm was very cool although the llama (alpaca?) didn't seem to like me :) The owner was amazing and went above and beyond when we left something behind. Would definitely recommend as a unique overnight stay. »

« Had a great time at Jax Mt getaway! My children loved the movie room and all the inside and outside games! We were only able to use the hot tub once since it was so hot but it was relaxing!! Beautiful mountain escape and if we are ever back to the area we will stay again! Close to Luray and Shenandoah caverns! »

« From the moment we booked, host communication was good, and we received all info in a succinct, clear manner. The view is beautiful and serene. The cleanliness of the house is immediately evident, and I really appreciated that they didn't pack the house full of decorations or knick-knacks! We could make it our own and even used the TV for family video games, a movie night, and karaoke -- ultimate family vacation spot!The bathrooms were amazing, and it's obvious that quality materials were used...

« Nice, peaceful farmhouse with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to vineyards and quaint villages with great restaurants, however the best thing about it is its proximity to the Old Rag Mountain trailhead. If you're planning to do that hike, this home is just a short walk to the trailhead so you won't have to worry about the parking issues, and after the hike, the hot tub on the home's deck is heavenly! Wonderful place for a wonderful get away! »

« The abode is located in the basement of a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It has a private entrance, very spacious living room and a small kitchenette. There was plenty of towels provided as well as an ironing board/iton, broom and vacuum. Since it is in the lower level of a home, you do have the noise of people above you but it was very quiet at night and in the early morning.It snowed while we were visiting and the host was so kind he cleared our walkway too. We would definitely stay...

« This is everything you want in a VRBO! Extremely clean, warm and welcoming hosts, easy check in, cozy king size bed and the view while luxuriating in the hot tub is unbeatable! The location is 10 minutes from the Old Rag trailhead and about 20 into Sperryville. There’s a country store within walking distance. WiFi available, two big flat screens with streaming services and a well stocked kitchen. As an added bonus a group of friendly cows from the neighboring farm came right up to the fence line...

"Nous avons passĂ© 3 nuits dĂ©but juillet 2025 Ă  Skyland, et ce fut une expĂ©rience exceptionnelle ! Notre chambre double avec deux lits queen Ă©tait spacieuse, propre et trĂšs confortable. Elle disposait de tout le nĂ©cessaire : TV, Wi-Fi, machine Ă  cafĂ©, et surtout une superbe terrasse avec une vue Ă  couper le souffle sur les montagnes de Shenandoah : un vrai bonheur au lever comme au coucher du soleil. Le personnel a Ă©tĂ© extrĂȘmement accueillant et serviable tout au long du sĂ©jour, ce qui a rendu l’expĂ©rience encore plus agrĂ©able. L’hĂŽtel est idĂ©alement situĂ© au cƓur du parc, parfait pour rayonner sur Skyline Drive et profiter des randonnĂ©es sans passer trop de temps en voiture. Sur place, tout est prĂ©vu pour un sĂ©jour pratique et agrĂ©able : restaurant, bar, boutique, machine Ă  glace, parking gratuit
 (Seul petit point Ă  noter : il n’y a pas de piscine, mais franchement, on ne vient pas ici pour ça !). Nous recommandons chaudement Skyland Ă  tous ceux qui veulent profiter pleinement de Shenandoah NP dans un cadre naturel, calme et authentique. Nous y retournerions sans hĂ©siter !"
