„I cannot recommend highly enough. Simon was on call 24/7 and the information pack was so informative. The only time I had to contact Simon was to ask for an additional 3 nights stay (that says a lot about my enjoyment there), and to check where the recycling bins were which was my stupidity.“

"Parkgebühr unfassbar hoch (40 Pfund pro Tag!) und nur über Valetparking möglich. Öffentliches Parkhaus und Parken in der Nähe war nicht möglich, da alles besetzt war. Das Hotel ist unglaublich hellhörig. Man bekommt zwangsweise die Gespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer in Zimmerlautstärke mit und es entgeht einem auch nichts, was auf dem Flur passiert. Ansonsten ist es aber ein schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und super Lage, um Bath zu erkunden."
