« The room was clean & everything was functioning. Very cute room! The door handle & window screen needed some fixing but not functional issues. There seemed to be a minimal amount of towels available. The staff was very responsive, always via text which I thought was wonderful, and also very kind in their responses. The property next door was under construction (May 2026) & had dropped nails into the parking lot, I went through & picked them up & expressed my concern to the staff & they indicated...

The host was also thoughtful and accommodating with our last minute change in plans due to the dangerous road conditions and last week's snow storm in Tahoe. They guided us through the cancellation process and resolved the stressful situation. We look forward to staying at their condo during our next family ski trip! »
