This location presented itself as if it was an By the hour location. I felt unsafe With my children, there loitering around. With my children, they were Luders around. There were bugs. The first room I received had too much smoke circulating. The second room I received I was not able to use the shower in the bathroom. The ceiling paint was falling down. The tub painting was chipping. The refrigerator was nasty. The sheets had stains all over them. The third room I received was a little better. The bedding was not up to part. There was no remote to the television. This room did not have a ceiling fan, but the AC unit work. Nikole, customer service was very unprofessional when asking for a remote she was lounging in the waiting area with her feet up with no direction other than pointing.

Though you indicated that you had received a better room, the issues that you've brought to my attention regarding bugs, you are being faced with safety concerns, the professionalism of our staff not being to your liking and a chipping tub are unsettling to hear as we work with a Pest Control company who regularly treats the property for pests as is standard in the industry. This is not the standard that Red Roof upholds for our hotel. Your concerns will be escalated in order to have them addressed. The sheets on the bed were Dirty with stains, the comforter was dirty the tub was dirty and pealing paint holes were in the walls and the night person was not helpful and argumentative I wanted all my money back that did not happen I got more sheets and they were dirty too OMG they need to bulldoze them

The rooms were old and is in need of repair. The lamps and shower had tapes to hold together. The smell of the room was horrible and smell like and ash tray. I asked to be transferred to another room upstairs away from the noise and was told that it would cost more. Also towels was not in the room.

I came up to Statesboro , Ga . for a funeral and my brother and sister in law arrived first. The rooms were dirty, comforter had cigarette burns . The motel wouldn’t accommodate or provide clean linens. My brother and wife didn’t feel safe. He told me not to come to the motel. After traveling for 6 hours and wondering where we were going to stay before attending a family member funeral the next day. I forgot to canceled the room. The next day Red Roof Inn and Hotel .com pulled $66.38 from my account. I’m not please with either company. So I don’t recommend using these companies!! They refused to refund my monies .

I got a room with a jacuzzi tub for me and my fiance paint was peeling off of it wouldn't hold water the ceiling fan supposed to be five blades got four on it it don't work it was nasty went down and try to talk to him at the desk about it and they act like they couldn't do nothing about it I was very displeased

When I went to check in the girl behind the counter couldn't even stay awake long enough to get me check in. She was nodding off as if she was on something. Finally after watching her fall asleep for 30 minutes I get my room key and get up to my room only to find everything was dirty. House keeping had clearly been through there to replace the towels and take the trash but the bed sheets were stained there was dirt on the floor the ceiling fan was caked with dust and it just had this musty smell throughout the entire hotel. I didn't even stay the entire night. By 12 I found a different hotel and checked out. I wish I could get my money back.

Affordable but with glitches
The room needed maintenance - vinyl floor broken in places, some additional maintenance in the bathroom would be nice and a little additional cleaning around baseboards, etc. But the hardest part was getting into the beds. I am 5'4" and my friend was 5'6" - the bed came up to an inch or so below our waists - neither of us could get up without pulling ourselves onto the top of the bed - not too comfortable after all that effort. Also, the website said free coffee in the lobby - there was no coffee in the lobby or anywhere else.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
The bed sheets had stains all over. The bathtub had dirt in it! The entire room smelled like smoke. DO NOT STAY HERE! The whole place just felt dirty. The pictures are not AT ALL accurate! My girlfriend told me she felt like crying at the thought of having to sleep there. We literally couldn't stay and checked out about an hour into our stay.

Room was NOT cleaned before I checked in. Maggot in sink, poop marks in toilet, dirt on AND under sheets, trash behind chair, tub has peeling paint, and laminate flooring was loose and coming up, cobwebs everywhere. Chair was broken. Rented for 1 week. Was only given one flat sheet bc the desk clerk said there wasn't any clean sheets to give me. So thankful I had a blanket and pillow in my car from traveling. I had to get a broom and mop to clean room. The next day I was finally given clean sheets. 3rd day I finally got a chair that wasn't broken. First 3 days my key wouldn't work after lunch. Then on 3 day the door wouldn't open. Was locked out of room for 2 hours while multiple people tried to open it. They finally had to replace the door handle. Was upgraded to a larger room for my troubles of which I was grateful. However, I then had to clean that room as well!!! 5th night there was someone outside in an automobile playing extremely loud music, so loud you could barely hear TV. After an hour of trying to reach front desk, I walked up front to complain and was told to call the police bc she wasn't going out there.
