« I booked this room based on view and free airport shuttle service. Room was nice and clean but host refused to honor the free airport shuttle saying they no longer offer that service. She refused to honor it nor give any compensation. Five days later VBRO has still not heard a response from her so they are escalating the complaint. Nice view but I wouldn’t stay in this part of town again, very few restaurants and sketchy neighborhoods along with the apartment being 13 floors above street level...

« Great location, clean room. Only Bathroom is upstairs and towards back of bedroom. Very steep stairs inside room. No extra things like paper towels, hand towels, or extra toilet paper. Shower leaks on floor and sprays out poorly. Good communication from host and he has taxi service to take you somewhere if you need it. Electric scooters by waterway close by as well. »
