„Excellent apartment with kitchen, air-con, good bathroom, excellent Wi-Fi, clean, modern, etc. Brilliant location – a short walk from Porta Nuova train station, and next to the historic centre of Turin. Very quiet and restful. The welcome was cheerful, informative and smooth. Our only 'negative' was the bed which, as with all fold-out sofa beds, was too soft/saggy for us... we prefer a firm bed, but not everyone is like us. Nevertheless, we'd happily stay here again,“

„Appartamento prenotato per 4 ma utilizzabile solo da 2. Il divano letto era rotto, il proprietario era a conoscenza del problema ma non ha avvissato nessuno. L'assistenza risponde fino 21:00, dopo quell'ora bisogna arrangiarsi. Abbiamo ricevuto risposta solo al mattino seguente ma è stata praticamente inutile perchè il problema non è stato risolto nè è stata trovata unasistemazione alternativa. Di nuovo, ci siamo dovuti arrangiare da soli. Abbiamo prenotato - e pagato - un appartamento per ...
