« 北池袋交通很方便，走路三五分钟穿越一个铁路闸口就是地铁/铁路，我们后续的行程是去箱根，从这里去新宿站特别方便。附近有便利店，300米外有超市。
周围夜晚也很安静，清晨会看到一些早起遛狗的居民，很有生活的气息。
房子清洁度没问题，不过似乎只有洗衣机但没有配备洗衣粉？后来我们去便利店临时买了一个。
需要注意的地方是电梯里霉味确实挺大的，其他都很好。 »

« The room was nice. The stairs up to the 2nd and 3rd floors are tight, taking suitcases up and down them feels precarious given how narrow the staircase is and how small some of the steps are. Be aware that the property is very close to a highway, so the noises from it are audible all through the night. Host was very responsive and made check in and check out very easy. »

« Perfectly located for exploring the city and sights. Generally clean and tidy with plenty of space. Very comfortable beds and well payed out.
Sofa needs replacing as very uncomfortable, under the beds could do with a clean. Located next to a railway line which trains run very frequently, above a Karaoke bar which does go on until 03:00.
But you do get used to it. »
