« Room was very warm and we couldn’t seem to get the thermostat to turn lower than 25 degrees c. Reached out several times, but just told to turn off the thermostat. Fortunately the windows opened, so we could cool the room that way. But the response from management was disappointing. The floor in the bathroom was under maintenance. It was all heaved up, which made it very uncomfortable (and potentially dangerous) to walk on. I don’t think they should have rented us this apartment with the floor...

« Si l’appartement est très bien, propre, en bonne état etc… La communication et l’accueil très bien aussi. Mais l’appartement n’est pas isolé (les fenêtres) du coup on a l’impression de dormir dans la rue qui en plus est très bruyante. Enfin le matelas du lit est une catastrophe. Dommage car cela impact de manière très importante la qualité du séjour. »

« Amazing location a few minutes away from San Babila metro station and Duomo and perfect size for our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers). Super comfortable beds and pillows and practical little kitchenette. Everything is new and clean. Host is very responsive through WhatsApp even helping with restaurant recommandations. Intelligent room requiring a cell phone app (with wi-fi) to enter the building and the room, which was for us the only downside. Highly recommand staying there when in Milan! »
