„ABSOLUTELY NO communication with management. 5 emails and 2 calls to number provided with check in email met with NO response to the request for WiFi password and we had no Wi-Fi access for our entire stay. There was NO information provided about anything connected to the room so we had no one to contact. „Studio Apartment (3 person) 2 nights, was a split level apartment, with twin beds on the mezzanine. Entry level had an under-equipped kitchenette (only 1 glass and 1 cup plus a few miscellaneous pots and pans, plates and cutlery). Basic bathroom with tiny shower. A 'living area' occupied by metal bunk beds, a large wooden sideboard and a dining table with 2 mis-matched chairs pushed against the unusable wardrobe. „The key issue was that the host switched our unit location days before our arrival and sold it as an upgrade. However, the new apartment was located in a sketchy area near the train station and it was a 30-minute walk to the old Bari area instead of a 10-minute walk of the location I booked. As our last day of our holiday, it was disappointing to not feel safe walking back to the apartment and having to walk three times the expected distance.
