« The property is in the heart of downtown Montreal, close to major tourist attractions, and the metro/subway is just a few blocks away. The apartment could use some TLC — the bathrooms weren’t very clean, the washing machine door was broken, and the kitchen water pressure was very low. The parking spot is also quite small, so it won’t work for larger vehicles. On the plus side, the owner was super friendly and accommodating. »

Location is great, easy walk to lots of restaurants and very close to Metro stop to go further afield. Vlad was very responsive to our questions and a very gracious host who goes the extra mile! « Emplacement idéal à proximité immédiate du parc Mont-Royal et des transports. En cas de soucis, notre interlocutrice répond rapidement. Nous avons eu quelques soucis avec le lave-linge qui ne fonctionnait pas. Cela devrait être réparé pour les prochaines locations. Il serait bien de faire le nécessaire pour éviter les fourmis car nous avons dû entreposer la nourriture dans le frigo. »
