Nice house near ski shuttle

The house is very nice with a great hot tub. The kitchen was not very well equipped and could use some more utensils.A big problem for our group was the barbecue did not work properly and needs to be replaced.

Ski Trip

Our family meet each month at a new ski location. We come from different parts of the state of Colorado. So parking is our biggest issue. We needed three parking places. Place was plenty spacious for us and the hot tub was a bonus. We actually had the best time in the hot tub joking around and laughing. Thanks for the memories. We would come back.

Great stay near steamboat ski resort!

We loved our stay here. We had a group of 8 friends here to ski. The house was clean and comfortable. It’s everything you’d want and need in ski cabin. The hot tub was located in a great location. It was right outside the sliding doors so you barely have to walk in the cold before you get to the hot tub. It’s only a 5 minute drive to parking at the ski resort so it’s very close. Great stay! We recommend this home!

Perfect location in a beautiful neighborhood!

Large home, very clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is lovely with mature trees surrounding the home. Property managers were very easy to communicate with, highly recommend this property!

Great home!

The place was everything we needed! Fast communication between property management, super close to the ski resort and the hot tub was what we needed after a long day of skiing! Unfortunately the fireplaces weren’t working (or we couldn’t figure out how to turn them on) and there wasn’t any hand soap but the home was very cozy!

Great house!

The house is huge! It was scrupulously clean and fully equipped. The only drawback was that it is in a neighborhood of fairly closely packed homes. Sitting in the hot tub was not quite as private an activity as we would have liked . But that was a minor detail. Everything else about it was terrific. We would book it again in a minute!

Nice Condo, Well Appointed and Comfortable

The condo was very nice and generally comfortable. We found it to be very clean. Plenty of towels were provided which is great with the hot tub and all the local hot springs. We had everything we needed and found the furniture and beds generally comfortable. It was also well stocked with plenty of dishwasher soap, soap for the bathrooms, toilet paper etc. There were fans to keep us cool at night, and all of the appliances worked. Location was quiet and while not walkable to town it was an easy drive in (we stayed in summer). The only drawbacks were the smoke detector/CO2 detector or something kept beeping. The positive was that when I called to ask for help they sent someone over immediately, the negative was that he wasn't able to fix it and wasn't even certain of the source. An "A" for effort anyway? Ultimately it didn't keep us awake. The other drawback was that the windows are a bit tricky. They are sticky and really hard to open and for one of them the mechanism was broken and once open wouldn't shut. They generally function, just not that well. None of these things severely impacted our stay, we certainly enjoyed ourselves and I would stay again.

Lovely place but not good for a loud group of ladies

I thought the property was nice but it was uncomfortably hot in there the first night and there is no AC. Also, it would not be a good place for a bachelorette girls weekend. We are all in our 40's and past the wild partying stage, but evidently we were laughing too loud on a Friday night at 10:30pm and the neighbors sent the cops to the door. We made sure to be inside after 10pm but all the windows were open due to the heat. Seriously quiet neighborhood that will not put up with loud laughter!

Great location and size, below average property.

This was my first (and last) VRBO stay. We arrived and the master shower had huge clumps of hair in it. I let someone know and the cleaning crew was supposed to reach out or come over (which they never did). Then the stove handle literally fell off and the stove was unusable for an entire day of our stay. My father in law is a chef and had prepared large meals for us we weren’t able to use. The majority of the first two days was just me reaching out to the management company. The fans were old and off balance and made horrible clicking noises all night but there’s no AC so they had to be used. The master shower caulking was black with mold around the base. The can light in the master bathroom was literally hanging out from the ceiling. Overall, this property has not been maintained very well. Pretty disappointing for what we paid

Great property, needed cleaning

Booking, communication and physical property were great. At first impression everything looked great however it became apparent later the first day that the housekeeping was substandard. First night one of the bedrooms had very obviously not had the sheets changed as the comforter had been pulled over an unmade bed. To make matters worse we couldn’t wash the sheets that were there because the dryer in the unit was broken. Master shower floor was full of dirt and hair and the floor in the kitchen was sticky. Paper goods were missing or under stocked. In the end the property was very nice, but it did not look like it had been cleaned from a previous use.

Steamboat getaway.

Overall a great place to stay for the money. Only need was central air conditioner for the house during the day. High 80's in that altitude made the house too warm in the summer.

Nice house, lots of space.

The house is really nice, tons of space, comfy beds and a spacious kitchen and garage. The hot tub was shut off, cold and and quite dirty. Since the hot springs were so close we choose not to heat up the tub. The property management company keeps an Android tablet in the kitchen that they want plugged-in which is supposedly for the cleaning crew's use. It gives the feeling of being monitored which is a bit creepy but hey, that's the modern world we live in. In general, the place is super nice and we'd stay here again.

Great place to relax

This house was wonderful, and we felt very relaxed and comfortable staying here. We are 8 siblings and there was plenty of room for us to sleep, eat, play, and wind down. We had a great time and would love to come back. The neighborhood is VERY quiet and tucked away, but conveniently less than 5 minute drive to downtown Steamboat Springs. Thank you!

Great experience

The house was exactly as described and met our needs perfectly. There was more than enough room for 3 couples to be comfortable. We enjoyed the back porch, large living space and the garage made it easy to load and unload our stuff. Beautiful home, clean, and had everything we needed.

This rental was perfect for our needs. We loved that everyone in our group had their own room and that the living space was large and spacious. The hot tub was a great bonus that we hadn’t been looking for but loved!
