The Shadows townhome in the Clock Tower Penthouses is conveniently located just one block from the Steamboat Ski area gondola! This spacious, two-level townhome overlooks Steamboat's mountain village and Ski Time Square. There are breathtaking views of the mountain and valley through the tall windows and from the expansive private balconies. Relax or entertain in the spacious, professionally-decorated living/dining area with a gas fireplace and elevated ceilings. This penthouse is complete with a top-quality, fully-equipped kitchen featuring an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Plus, you'll have a breakfast bar and a wet bar area, perfect for quick meals or happy hours. For entertainment, this unit is equipped with complimentary WiFi, three TVs, a DVD player, a VCR, a stereo system, and an in-suite washer and dryer. The main bedroom is on the second floor and has a king bed with an attached bathroom with a jetted tub. The second bedroom, located on the first floor, has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. Youth Sports Notice: The ClockTower Penthouses area is not a member of Triple Crown or other youth sports lodging programs and cannot accept any participants at this property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
