« The condo has been nicely renovated with thoughtful touches. Very convenient to downtown both drive and walking distance. Reiterating other reviews to set expectations: It is garden level and there is no natural light that comes from the windows. »

« Hot tub was not hot. Couch was very uncomfortable to sit on (it was some kind of couch/bed combo). TV in bedroom didn’t work. Kitchen equipment was from a variety of garage sales. Good location. Host responsiveness was very slow and of no help. »

« We had a wonderful stay here! The place was easy to get to and nice and cozy! After a little walk we were on the slopes! You can also see the hot tubs from the window so you know the perfect time to go. The first night we made the bedroom a little too hot but once we turned the thermostat down it cooled off quickly. Would definitely stay here again! »

« place was great, owner great, good value, nice on the inside. The middle rating is neighbors across the street on the first cul-de-sac down the hill do not like visitors. Two nasty altercations with two different people in a 3 days stay and both total surprises, did not see it coming. Feel free to have the owner reach out and I can give you added info. I suspect the HOA for the building may have had runs in with these two individuals. »

« Very clear and detailed check in/out instructions. Unit was clean and as described. We loved sitting outside on the balcony in the evening. Very happy there were coffee making supplies, as well as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, laundry detergent, etc. Made it extra easy for our short stay in Steamboat Springs. »

« The condo location and layout are great. We had some issues with the WiFi when we first arrived. I was in communication with the property manager, but her responses were sporadic. It would have been helpful to have a phone number to text or call. She did not provide this. The condo was not well cleaned. There was food on the floor by the sofa, hair in the bathtub. The fridge had a terrible odor. I know cleaning crews rush, but they should do a better job. And the property manager can also check...
