„My wife and I stayed here for our weekend in DC. The place was about 20 minutes from the National Mall depending on traffic and stop lights. It's not the nicest part of DC but it's not terrible. Check in was pretty smooth except we didn't have a keypad code on the app so we had to message the host, but he responded quickly and we were able to get in the house easily. The place was just as expected. It was clean and a good place to stay for the price. The only thing we found odd was the bathroom ...

„This place was bigger than I had expected!! Check in was easy and communication was in point. The kitchen had everything you needed. Plus some extras. Even extras in the restroom in case you forgot! There is a shared deck space with a grill, and a grocery store is within walking distance if you want to cook. Neighborhood was quaint and lots of families walking around. Walking distance to metro so you don't have to worry about driving in the city. I will re book!“

There were home baked cookies and a bottle of filtered water waiting inside. The place was adorable, newly renovated, and very comfortable. Everything was clean and ready for us. The location is great in general, but specifically incredible for us, as our adult son lives only 2 blocks away. We visit DC every year and hope to be able to book here on our yearly visits. ...
