« We made a reservation with this hotel through Expedia and when we arrived they claimed our booking was cancelled. We didn't get any notification of this and it was past 10:00pm. I called earlier in the day to confirm our booking. We later found out an employee working earlier in the day attempted to charge our card (unauthorized) and check us in before we arrived. We reserved a book now pay at the property room. The night shift worker was very helpful with at least recommending another hotel...

« We were supposed to pay when we arrived & they charged us hours before then. Breakfast was beyond minimal. The staff was very friendly to the gentleman in front of us, giving him lots of choices & small talk. He was short and rude with me, prompting me to pay without letting me know an amount or explanation. »

« Absolutely terrible, gross and not clean. We booked 3 nights we were in for work only stayed one night and checked out the next morning. Loud and smelled disgusting!! I’m asking for a refund!! »

« Filthy place. Thick dust on coffee machine & vents. Mold in fridge which also leaked on the floor. Dirty shower, floor, and towels were stained. Our room was $100 for one night. Should have slept in the car. »

« The hotel needs an update. The furniture and pillows are really old. And breakfast need more options and enough for all customers because one day I can get bread the answer was: are too many people at the hotel. »

« Honestly always stay here and it’s usually great but this past visit the room cleaning got done once in 7 days I would call for towels. Toilet paper and it would be hours till I recieved some. »
