1. Nichtraucher-Wohnung: Für eine frische und angenehme Atmosphäre bitten wir Sie, in der Wohnung nicht zu rauchen. Gerne können Sie im Freien in den ausgewiesenen Bereichen rauchen.

2. Ruhezeiten: Wir schätzen unsere ruhige Nachbarschaft sehr und bitten Sie, besonders zwischen 22:00 Uhr und 7:00 Uhr Lärm zu vermeiden, damit alle einen erholsamen Schlaf finden.

3. Gästelimit: Bitte nutzen Sie die Wohnung nur mit der bei der Buchung angegebenen Personenzahl. Bei zusätzlichen Besuchern bitten wir um vorherige Absprache.

4. Umweltfreundlich: Der Umweltschutz liegt uns sehr am Herzen. Bitte helfen Sie uns, indem Sie den Müll trennen und in den dafür vorgesehenen Behältern entsorgen.

5. Pünktlichkeit geschätzt: Wir schätzen Ihre Zeit und bitten Sie, sich an die vereinbarten Zeiten für die Schlüsselübergabe und -rückgabe zu halten. Bitte informieren Sie uns bei eventuellen Verzögerungen.

6. Sorgfältige Abreise: Wir bitten Sie, die Wohnung am Abreisetag bis spätestens 11:00 Uhr zu verlassen und sie so ordentlich zu hinterlassen, wie Sie sie vorgefunden haben.

7. Offene Kommunikation: Wenn während Ihres Aufenthalts etwas nicht in Ordnung ist oder versehentlich etwas kaputtgeht, informieren Sie uns bitte – wir verstehen, dass kleine Missgeschicke passieren können.

8. Sicherheit geht vor: Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Türen und Fenster verschlossen sind, wenn Sie die Wohnung verlassen, um Ihre persönlichen Gegenstände zu schützen.

1. Non-Smoking Home: For a fresh and pleasant atmosphere, please do not smoke inside the apartment. Feel free to smoke outdoors in designated areas.

2. Quiet Hours: We love our peaceful community and kindly ask you to minimize noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, to allow everyone a restful sleep.

3. Guest Limit: Please use the apartment only with the number of people stated at booking. For additional visitors, we appreciate a prior agreement.

4. Eco-Friendly: We place a great value on environmental protection. Please help us by separating waste and disposing of it in the designated bins.

5. Punctuality Appreciated: We value your time and ask you to adhere to the agreed times for key handover and return. Please inform us in case of any delays.

6. Careful Departure: We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by no later than 11:00 AM on your departure day and leave it as tidy as you found it.

7. Open Communication: If something is not right during your stay or accidentally breaks, please inform us – we understand that small mishaps can happen.

8. Safety First: Please make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment to secure your personal belongings.
