Staff was very courteous and professional. It was a little confusing navigating the parking with a heavy traffic from the Snow Sculpture Festival, I was very glad I’d read the instructions closely enough to have a basic idea where I was going - it would be okay if it was explained in even a bit more detail.

« The overall experience of the hotel was amazing! The room was clean, we did have an issue with the smoke alarm being faulty but they helped asap with the issue. The staff was courteous and respectful, helping out with a dispute with expedia charging for the room and the system with pre-check in charging for the room as well.quick and easy matter to fix. Also the atmosphere was peaceful since we decided to come in during the slower season to enjoy a little vacation from home! 10/10 would book...
