« Staff were wonderful and helpful! Room was spacious and clean overall. Bathroom of the room was VERY small and configured very oddly. To open the door to it, you could not be sitting on the toilet or you would be hit. Or even toddler taking a bath was super uncomfortable because it’s small and you couldn’t sit on the toilet without the door being shut. The housekeeper did not see the toilet paper wad dried on the shower ceiling and the wall by the trashcan in the bathroom look like it could’ve...

« The hotel was nice. The breakfast was listed as a buffet. It had a warmer unit that had scrambled eggs, sliced sausage and French toast sticks in it. A waffle maker, cereal, hard boiled eggs and some breads. Not what I would call a buffet. Other than that the hotel was nice as was the pool. The Staff was friendly. The room was nice. A Waffle House was a short walk. The hotel and parking lot were safe. I would stay there again. »

« Parking was very tight because there was a lot of workers and trucks and we also had an F150. The trucks aren't the problem as much as the parking lot is a bit small. But everyone is mindful of everyones vehicles and respects the property and the owner is very accommodating and considerate. »

« Clean, comfortable, convenient. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. Only downsides: 1. Walls and door to the rooms are pretty thin, so you can hear a fair amount of noise. 2. Unless you are going to stick to cereal and coffee, don't assume you will eat breakfast there. »

« L’hôtel est à une distance de marche du Arrowhead et Kaufman center donc pratique pour les games mais loin de tout autrement. Les chambres sont propres mais les lits étaient désuets donc inconfortables. Le personnel était courtois mais personne n’est venu faire la chambre durant nos 3 nuits de séjour malgré l’enseigne à notre porte requérant un ménage. Le déjeuner était très varié. »

« Cons: very basic room furnishings. Not many plug-ins, only a desk chair, room just seemed empty compared to other rooms we've had. Toilet paper was stationed more towards the back side of the toilet which was annoying to have to reach back to get it. Discovered the shampoo was empty and when I called the front desk, housekeeping hadn't gotten there yet, so I had to go down to the front desk to get some which was just uncomfortable being grungy in front of all the breakfast eaters. « We had a double queen room with sitting area Cons: key cards slide instead of tap, so don't have your hands full! Both beds were awful. One had an obvious (like 4-6") dip in it. The other felt like it was supposed to be firm but had no support so it was like laying on a cot. Most of the USB outlets were broken. « The check in process was fast and efficient. I love the modernization of the hotel; it’s quite beautiful. The gym is pretty amazing with state of the art equipment. The entire hotel was very clean and smelled lovely. I love that we had a smart tv in our room and were able to watch our Netflix account. Great dining options nearby and within walking distance.
