Regarding the authorization, we always release it when the guest is checking out. Although it is possible that it takes a few banking days for it to come back to your bank account. If it does persist, feel free to contact us at the hotel number directly. As for the parking, the cost per night is 600 Swedish crowns, which is in accordance with the city prices for Stockholm. I understand it can amount to a pricier stay and will of course share your valuable feedback with our management team. Das Hotel ist gut legen und relativ stylisch. Der Sevice ist leider sehr schlecht. In der Hotelbar muss man darum kämpfen etwas bestellen zu dürfen. Wenn man nach 20 Minuten an die Bar geht wird man im einem unfreundlichen Ton gebeten wieder Platz zu nehmen es komme ja gleich jemand. Zudem warten wir seid über 3 Wochen auf die Rückzahlung der Sicherheitsleistung. Wenn man das Hotel kontaktiert wird man ignoriert. Die 1300 Euro sind dann wohl weg.

Wir, Mutter und Tochter, waren in einer Juniorsuite und es war so wahnsinnig schön. Tolles Zimmer, groß, Badezimmer mit links und rechts abgetrennter Dusche und WC, Regendusche. Sehr freundliches bemühtes Personal, immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen (typisch Schwedisch). Frühstück ist okay, einzelne vegane und glutenfreie Alternativen, frische Säfte, Smoothie, guter Kaffee, verschiedenes Brot und Warmes uvm. Die Lage ist für eine Sightseeing-Tour ideal. Man ist mitten an einer der Shoppingmeilen, und läuft in alle Richtungen nur kurz zu Sehenswürdigkeiten. Haltestellen für Bus, Bahn und Hop on Hop off Bus sind max. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In die Altstadt läuft man ca. 10 Minuten. Highlight ist die SUS Roofbar direkt neben dem Hotel. Traumhafter Blick über Stockholm und sehr leckere Cocktails. Super Hotel!

Gelungener Kurzurlaub, Erholung garantiert.
Sehr gutes Hotel, sehr guter Service, sehr gutes Frühstückbüffet (hatten wir mit gebucht). Einige Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der Nähe, daher ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Samstags und sonntags hatten wir allerdings Timeslots für das Frühstück erhalten, was uns erst gestört hat. Es wurde dann nicht ganz so strikt gehandhabt, was angenehm war. Das Restaurant im Haus hatte allerdings nicht immer geöffnet. Rezeption war hilfsbereit bei der Reservierung in anderen Lokationen.

Simply amazing. Stayed in hundreds of hotels but this one is up there with the best. Excellently located, for both Gamla Stand and the city shopping. The staff, all of them, are super friendly and helpful and the rooms are very modern and nice with a cool rooftop bar too. An excellent experience and we’ll definitely be back!

I recently stayed at Hotel At Six during my visit to Stockholm and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the chilly room to the disappointing service at The Cocktail Bar At Six and BLANCHE & HIERTA, it fell short of expectations. The room I was allocated was uncomfortably cold, despite my efforts to adjust the thermostat. This made my stay less than enjoyable, especially during the chilly nights in Stockholm. It was disappointing to find that even after notifying the staff, the issue remained unresolved. Moreover, the service at The Cocktail Bar At Six and BLANCHE & HIERTA was disappointing. The staff appeared indifferent and even rude at times, which was unexpected from a hotel of this caliber. Their lack of professionalism significantly impacted the overall experience. While the hotel's location is convenient and the amenities seemed promising, these factors were overshadowed by the discomfort and dissatisfaction caused by the cold room and poor service. In conclusion, I would not recommend Hotel At Six based on my experience. The lack of attention to guest comfort and the unprofessional behavior of the staff detract from what could have been a pleasant stay in Stockholm.

Wonderful location, close to a bustling area and easy transportation to anywhere else in the city. Facilities are clean and well designed, furnished with luxury brands like Minotti and Gubi. Once you enter the hotel, it’s completely quiet, and the beds provide a comfortable night’s rest. Hotel staff are kind, professional, and attentive. Also— BEST breakfast buffet ever! This was my first time in Stockholm, and At Six will definitely be a go-to stay for us.

Excellent location, well-designed property, professional staff and fresh healthy breakfast options. Three things that bothered us were: the room was too dusty (maybe from the bedding and towels), the gaps in the shower door and the sink didn’t drain well.
