„Stay often, so it must be good“

„Beautiful location, very clean, friendly staff, delicious food. We will definitely visit again, thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!“

„The lady that greeted us was lovely and she then told us where our room was. We hoped to eat in the hotel but was told that the chef had called in unable to cook. I tried to find out if we could get breakfast next morning but nobody came back to us. Nobody told us how to exit the building in an emergency and when we left the next morning at 9.45 we had to let ourselves out and leave the keys on the bar having seen no one! Middleham itself is beautiful and the hotel ideally situated but it let ...

„I didn't realise this was on a holiday park so maybe my bad there. I was picturing country pub. Lots of noise outside. Then an alarm went off at 3am for ages. The restaurant food wasn't great for the money... But great breakfast and lovely pool.“

„Well presented with table service very nice“

„Kind and helpful staff do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Beautiful garden behind the property. Excellent breakfast.“

„Once I got my head past the idea that ‘this is not a Marriott’ I came to realize this is a great hotel. Room was comfortable. I was able to park right outside the hotel front door every night. Breakfast was good. The bar area is well presented with a good mix of locals and tourists to talk to. Room attended to daily. The local town is very pleasant. Some great coffee shops and pubs.“

„Loved it. Great spot with a superb pub 10 yards from the door. Good walks into nearby towns too.“

„Great location“

„The room was immaculate, staff were lovely and friendly and so helpful. The food was hot tasty and such good value for money. Will absolutely be back. Thank you for making us so welcome“

„This is superb quirky hotel/pub to stay at. food very high end / good description is Michelin star without being nominated! Each room has a different different theme - all very quirky with ‘surprises’ to match theme. Everyone we spoke to were return visitors - this is THE place to celebrate birthdays or anniversaries. Higher end price bracket but worth it - they do have mid week offers.will definitely return“

„The apartment was exceptionally clean, Close to the shops , parking a little tight with a larger car , had a lovely stay“

„Our room was clean,as was the bathroom. The matrass was very soft, would gave preferred firmer. The meals were satisfactory. I would visit again“

„Frisch renoviertes Hotel an der Hauptstraße. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten am Hause. Schönes Zimmer, sehr gutes Restaurant im Hause, sehr gutes Frühstück. Der Ort sieht noch genauso aus wie beim "Doktor und das liebe Vieh" aus den 1970'ern ! Sehr gemütlich !“

„This is a small hotel which has been decorated well. the staff are friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was really good The rooms are clean and lovely. However, there is no lift and there are 3 floors. there isn't a large separate lounge. However ,the views are amazing.“
