We had everything we needed to make a nice dinner and coffee in the morning. The walking path is accessible from the yard and brings you by a beautiful little river, through woods, and by interesting fields. The house is also an easy drive to downtown Warrenton for shopping and restaurants. »

« The cottage is darling. Perfect amount of space for 2 people....but, the listing needs to be corrected. I will premise my concerns by stating the owner noted a correction at the very bottom of the listing ...so be sure to read the ENTIRE listing. The photos shown show a well maintained and manicured property. The property is overgrown with trash laying about. There is no washer/dryer available and the fireplace is not to be used. And most important - the front door does not properly lock. ...

« We loved our stay at this cabin. It has a great feeling of being out in nature as a cabin but with a feel of a newly renovated and quality interior. We took advantage of the screened in porch for morning coffee and evening relaxing with the family. It's a great feature of this house. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed during our stay. The grill I think may have been brand new and worked flawlessly. One reason we stayed here was the access to the river. « The house was super cute and very well appointed. My kids absolutely loved the loft beds and my wife loved the super cozy and comfortable king sized bed. Even though it was a tiny home, the kitchen was stocked like a gourmet kitchen and had everything we needed to cook amazing meals in it. We cooked all but the dinner on the night we arrived at the house. The coffee bar was excellent as well, my wife loved indulging in speciality coffees.
