« The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. With that set up they should do the room everyday, but you actually have to ask. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice stay, but in their prize range, I expect more. The 4th floor...

« We had booked at this hotel for more than 2 months and arrived at the hotel we learned that they no longer had any rooms because they were overbooked (we were 5 people). They transferred us to another hotel (only 1 room for 4 people) and we had to negotiate for 2 hours to get an extra bed... never again this hotel. Le manager n'a pas fait les achats pour renouveler les stocks. Les employés espéraient même pour nous que cela se fasse, mais rien ne s'est passé comme on souhaitait. »
