„Extremely Disappointing Experience – Prepaid Booking Not Honored We booked this hotel through Expedia for a three-night stay and were shocked to discover, upon arriving at the hotel in the evening, that the hotel staff claimed they had no record of our booking. Even after showing our booking confirmation, the hotel refused to accommodate us and asked us to contact Expedia. When we contacted Expedia, they confirmed that our reservation was confirmed and attempted to resolve the issue directly ...

„Hervoragendes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. An dieses Angebot von hoher Qualität und Sauberkeit sollten sich namhafte internationale 5 Sterne Hotelketten orientieren. Sehr empfehlenswert. “

„Almost everything is perfect. Parking is just manageable.“

„Frühstück hervorragend, Zimmer geräumig, guter Service, Dachgartenbar empfehlenswert. Für den Preis insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert. Verbesserungswürdig: kaputte Gardinen, fleckige Wäsche.“

„Washrooms can be more cleaner“

„Clean room“

„ Das Hotel liegt recht günstig beim Stadtzentrum. Wir hatten eine Executive-Suite gebucht, das sehr geräumige Zimmer haben wir allerdings erst auf besondere Nachfrage erhalten. Das internationale Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. “

„The room was clean, spacious, well maintained. A bit bare basics in terms of amenities. However, the staff was very responsive and helpful. The location is pretty central to Mangalore. Walking distance from auto stand, would also get inter city buses from there.“

„Central location. Room were clean, but the linen and the towels could have been better. “

„Na“

„Terrible hotel the rooms are not as advertised on also charged me a full the cancellation fee even though I did not check in and even informed them.“

„Lack of detail makes me score this down. Room smelled like urinal station so many bleach blocks dotted all over the room. Toweia threadbare. Water provided but no grass to drink it out of. No breakfast times displayed. No hot water for shaving.“

„Good clean room.. Friendly staff“

„Good green environment around property.very peacefully.big swimming pool nice stay .food is good“

„Dirty toilet, no soap, doubtful if sheets were changed. Hotel seems to be run by 2 or persons who do everything from registration to breakfast service to airport drop. The breakfast was pathetic to say the least.. just bread with a jar of used jam, no toast, no butter. Black colored idlis... I am shocked such a hotel even has a rating on your site. Treebo should be penalized or blacklisted for this hotel.“
