„We stayed at this resort for a short time and we was absolutely loved it.The Villa was beautiful, clean and really well maintained. Sunrises unforgettable. It was 4 minutes drive from the airport. Shops and essentials were just a short walk away. We walked out on the walkway in the morning or you could just people watch. The staff were friendly and always helpful, it felt peaceful and relaxing the whole time. We'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it for a relaxing getway. Donna“

„Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Es ist nur befremdlich wie man sie so oberflächlich reinigen kann. Einige Dinge müssten ersetzt werden vor allem im Küchenbereich. Nach Reklamation wurde nachgereinigt. Die Fenster aus denen man nicht schauen konnte weil sie so dreckig waren, wurden aber erst am Ende der Woche gereinigt. Die Umtriebe die wir hatten waren sehr ärgerlich. “

"Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im voco Gold Coast mit einem tollen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Lorena, die unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Da wir sehr früh abreisen mussten, bevor das Frühstücksbuffet geöffnet hatte, wurde uns unkompliziert eine Frühstücksbox zusammengestellt – ein wirklich toller Service. Auch der Parkplatz direkt in der Hotelgarage für 25 AUD pro Nacht war für die zentrale Lage absolut fair. Das Hotel liegt generell sehr gut und zentral an der Gold Coast. Surfers Paradise selbst hat uns weniger gut gefallen, weshalb der Mietwagen praktisch war. Die Zimmer sind zwar schon etwas älter, jedoch sauber und gepflegt. Das Hotel ist allerdings insgesamt sehr stark auf Massentourismus ausgelegt, was besonders beim Frühstücksbuffet spürbar war. Sowohl die Qualität der Speisen als auch die Auswahl konnten uns leider nicht wirklich überzeugen. Insgesamt dennoch ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit sehr freundlichem Service und guter Lage."
