« I was in the area for a business meeting so my family went with me to hang out at the beach. Overall, the staff was not very friendly and seemed put off to help. The hotel is historic and cool, but rooms are small and for the price you would think other things would be more accommodating and nice. Prices were quite high for everything. The elevator system is awful and took so long that we used the stairs the whole stay. They were filming a show 2 of the 3 days we were there which shut down one...

« Loved the hotel. Perfect view, great pools, and wonderful restaurants. The hotel room was serviced every day and had a turn down service at night. They brought chocolates to you and had snacks/cookies on each floor. It was sold out when we went so you need to get to the pool early to get a chair. They need more servers at the pool and to refill the water stations throughout the day. We stayed in the one bedroom suite. It has 2 balconies. Beds were comfortable. We will be back! »

« La habitacion que habia reservado con vista al golfo no me la dieron. Me dieron una con vista a un parking y tres palmeras. Me reuse, me cambiaron a otra. El pasillo por las noches es un asco, lleno de platos sucios que la gente saca de sus habitaciones. El balcon estaba sucio con un limpiador de dientes. Y la cafetera de mi habitacion no funcionaba. Tuve que pedir que la cambien por otra. Paque una fortuna por un servicio que no recibi. »

« Couldn’t ask for a better view. We had room service breakfast on the balcony and it was lovely. Room was very modern, clean, and beachy. Fit 2 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Walk to the beach was steps. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. 4 stars for the staff overall- only because the restaurant made an error with our dinner reservation and I didn’t feel it was remedied. »
