„Die Ferienwohnung ist Teil eines modernen neuen Stadtteiles. Die Wohnung ist sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet und groß genug für 2 Personen. Allerdings ist sie eher hellhörig. Von der Straße vor dem Haus bekommt man allerdings nicht viel mit. Die Abwicklung vor Ort ist kontaktlos organisiert. Bei Problemen ist aber immer jemand erreichbar und reagiert auch schnell. Mit dem Bus ist man in 25 Minuten in der Altstadt, in 35 Minuten am Malvarosa Strand und in 10 Minuten beim Saler Einkaufszentrum ...

Easy to get to most places… very good for exploring by foot. reasonably close to the Cathedral. Clean modern apartment. Only slight negatives… 1. For a family of four, two daughters aged 14 and 10….. it was a little congested… sofa bed in the lounge meant the lounge space was confined. „Easy access to the property on the ground floor and a short walk from a tram stop. Lovely bakery (Butter Pasteleria) which was great for breakfast only a few minutes walk away. Kids park also very nearby. Kitchen was well stocked and handy to have a washing machine and some key essentials on arrival eg washing up liquid. Only downside was there were roadworks happening right outside when we were there and a strong smell of drains in the bathroom, but that did seem common when you walked around ...
