Some of the surrounding properties have not been kept up although it appears that there's an effort being made in the neighborhood to change things around. The property met our needs for the purpose of attending a Dodgers game at nearby Chase Field. It’s an older condo but it has been well kept/updated and it is conveniently located for whatever activity or for wherever you want to go.
