« First of all the 'positive' aspect. The property is on North St so close to the Old Course for golfers and within easy walking distance of the beach and shops and there is a very pleasant walled garden at the back. There are, however, far more negative aspects. First of all the extremely unpleasant smell of fried food which permeated the property from the moment we walked in to the entrance hall and extending up to our bedroom and bedroom. « An amazing experience at this property. The staff was spot on! Parking is a challenge and they knew exactly how to solve for it. The breakfast was very good and the views magnificent. We hope to return soon! »
« Hands down I canât imagine a better place to stay in st Andrewâs. Our balcony overlooked the sea, swilcan bridge, old course hotels and holes 1 and a18, and their clubhouse. Walk to everything and people are beyond friendly and helpful here. I rate it a 10+!!! »

« If you love golf and/or amazing service, this is the place for you! I was there with a mad golfer who was in literal heaven, but u wasn't a golfer and still loved it! I don't know how their staff served people so quickly or looked after us so well but they did!!! Will 100% go back »
