« Amazing view, quiet neighborhood, great location to unwind. »

« Beautiful daylight basement with private patio in a pretty wooded area. No view of the water, and a bit of street noise outside, but quiet inside except for the putter-patter of little feet from upstairs sometimes. The resident small dog and cat were friendly and happy to welcome us. Shopping was just minutes away. Watch for deer if you drive the area at dusk/dark! At the corner where you turn into the neighborhood, there are tons of wild blackberries. »

« Amazing host! Property was so clean and views were stunning. They were great about checking in. Privacy was also great and parking was easy. Really close to coffee shops and food and water. Would stay here again for our next trip! »

« We had a wonderful stay. Hosts were very communicative with arrival/check-in information. They responded very quickly to any questions. I grew up in Tacoma so I was very familiar with the area. For those who aren’t, rental is located in a quiet area on the North-end, close to waterfront, restaurants/stores, and easy access to the freeway. I would highly recommend staying here and I will definitely check for availability when I travel back to Tacoma. »

« Exactly as described appointment. parking in back was convenient. The system that gives check in info had a problem but I got a response right away and a new link that worked. The only other issue was the WiFi never connected. Wasn't a big issue for me so I didn't contact anyone about it. »

« It is listed as a basement apartment but it doesn't feel like a basement - it is really lovely and quite comfortable. I would choose to stay there again. Parking in the driveway worked once I realized it was easier to come in from the Division Street end versus from 4th Street. »

« Very nice apartment in a convenient location. We walked to Univ of Puget Sound, dinner, drinks, dessert. The hosts were very quick to reply to questions and provided great support as needed. We will look to stay here again in the future. »

« Very Clean, nice open layout. Well insulated bcuz very quiet. Lovely, safe neighborhood which is especially great for a female traveling alone. Cool in-sink dishwasher, and All-in-one washer/dryer which was a bit confusing to use, but host answered my question even at 1130pm. I will happily stay here again in the future »
