« Overall it was a very good stay. Our only "complaint" was the paper thin walls. We could hear the person in the next room peeing in the toilet! And then the lid slammed! We are also not a fan of the open shower. Much prefer the shower and bath tub set up.
The staff were very polite and accomodating! And the hotel was very clean with a suitable breakfast bar. Cookies and popcorn in the evening were a nice touch too! »
« Excellent staff, very accommodating. Asked for late checkout, they couldnât do it but called later when someone else changed plans. Parking garage just next to hotel, easy in and out, lots of space. Good coffee in the room. »
« Front desk staff was very efficient and check in was quick! It could get loud outside the door, but might be because I was near the front desk. Room had a mini fridge, but no microwave. There was some white plastic thing left on top of the folded towels, but I didn't need all 4 towels put in the room, so that didn't affect me. Also shower gel was out, but I had a bar of soap with me, thankfully. Overall a good experience, in a great area about 25 minutes from Cleveland, with options for food and...
