Dieses Ferienhaus befindet sich am Strand und verfügt über einen Whirlpool und Fitnessmöglichkeiten. Dieses Ferienhaus hat 8 Schlafzimmer und bietet dir einen kostenlosen WLAN-Internetzugang sowie ein Schlafsofa. Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank und einem Ofen ausgestattet, als gewisse Extras findest du aber auch einen Privatpool und einen Kamin vor.
Dieses Ferienhaus besitzt klimatisierte Zimmer, die folgende Ausstattung bieten: Privatpools und Kamine. Die Zimmer verfügen über Balkone oder Patios. Zur Ausstattung gehören Schlafsofas, Esstische und Kücheninseln. Smart-TVs mit DVD-Player stehen in den Zimmern zur Verfügung. Zur Ausstattung der Küche bzw. It was the BEST house ever

My husband an I have taken our family of 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren to many vacation houses over the years. This trip was to celebrate my husband who passed away a year ago . The house was perfect with the balcony so close to the ocean the pool was fun, the water sports were enjoined by the kids and the meals that were shared at that table tuened into hours of conersation and laughs Everyone said," The best house ever" Thank you

Overall, great week! Loved the area, having the house so close to the beach, no crowds. Even after they came and changed the filter in the apartment air conditioner & sprayed air freshener it was still unusable for us. Musty & moldy smelling. Luckily for us, it wasn’t necessary. Loved that everything was provided at the house. No beach paraphernalia was needed to be brought. Our biggest complaint was the common area furniture. Horribly uncomfortable, nuisance with the covers. Desperately needs undated with new & comfortable furniture.

Avalon House

May 2024 This house is by far the best we have ever stayed in! They are not kidding when they tell you everything you need is there. They go above and beyond to take care of every need a guest might have. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, spices, coffee, condiments, bug spray, and so much more! The welcome basket (which we have never had anywhere we have stayed before!) was devoured by all quickly. The house was very clean and so well stocked with basics that all we needed was food. There was plenty of room for our family of 11 to be able to spread out and not be on top of each other. Having 2 beaches with lots of “toys” was great. Accommodated toddlers, adults and teens. My husband loved having the dock to park the jet ski and to fish. Everywhere we have stayed before he has had to drive to a pier to fish so he was happy. We were actually a little apprehensive about coming to this house because the description looked too good to be true! We are so glad we decided to give it a try. We will definitely be back in the future! Tina

Pure Perfection!

This home was nothing short of AMAZING! The location and space were perfect for our family. We came for a family vacation - my husband and myself with our two daughters, 6 and 8 (though this home can of course accommodate SO, so many more). The home has so much to offer - ocean with its sunrise views and the lagoon with the sunsets. The pool was so cute under a little tree and such a hit when needing a break from the sand and wind. The home had all the "toys" you could possibly imagine - we especially loved the kayaks and SUPS on the lagoon, as well as the wave boards on the ocean. We have stayed at many beach home over the years, and this was the most well stocked home ever. The house was cleaned impeccably. The property manager was extremely responsive and had thought of absolutely everything. Would very much recommend! And we would stay at this, or another BIP home, anytime!

Awesome house/Amazing property/Great management

Of all the places we have stayed at through the years, this house had everything you would want in a beach house. The house and property was clean with all essentials needed for the whole week included. The grills looked like they were brand new, which is not the case for most properties. The house itself has a great view of the beach and you can hear the waves crashing at night. The houses main benefit is being able to enjoy both the sound and ocean.

Great Place for Groups

This place came with just about everything…plenty of plates, cups, beach towels, toys, bikes and etc. When they say you don’t need to bring any extras, they mean it. Both the bay and beach sides were great places to hang out. We had a few items break and maintenance came quickly to replace or fix. Ideal spot for 3-4 couples with kids…we fit 20 people but it was a little tight for that. Only negative is the sand. Just plan to have it all over everything. House has plenty of wash off stations and hoses to clean things off. Loved our time here!

Awesome House

It was an amazing getaway for us!! We never had a house rental that offered so much and we thank you for all the little extras. The views are absolutely amazing the daily beach walks were so awesome, my only complaint was having a camera on us while in the hot tub they say if your uncomfortable with them to unplug the cameras except you can’t cause there hard wired so we didn’t get to spend much time in the hot tub outside due to camera it just goes against having some privacy and made us feel very uncomfortable

Amazing beach-front property A+

Spent the weekend with family and all of us could not have been more pleased with our stay at Avalon. From the location, the amenities, the house itself, the customer service, all of it were beyond expectation. I've stayed at some nice rental properties but Avalon takes the cake for #1. If you are considering a stay at Avalon, no need to spend too much time thinking about it- go ahead and book it.

Great house, loved the kitchen and decks, lots of bedrooms, lots of room. Upper deck with sunrise and sunset views was the best. Something different to do every day, swim, bike, kayak, fish, paddleboard, we did it all. Great grill!! This was our second visit. We will come back.

Exceeded our expectations!

Besides being a perfect location, with a magnificent view they have thought of everything. You can literally bring clothes and food and have everything else you need for the beach, river, and fishing, There are paddleboards, kayaks, beach gear, coolers, pool toys, towels, life jackets, something for everyone. I would definitely return and will recommend to friends!!!!

Amazing property

So many great memories made and such a BEAUTIFUL property. The rec area on the riverside was perfect for our 2 and 4-year-old to play in and was a fantastic lounging area for the whole fam! Enjoying the sunsets on the beachside was breathtaking and made for a perfect ending to each day. I can't say enough how great this rental was. They thought of everything, even down to diapers and baby sunscreen! We will def be back! Worth every penny!

Most important part of this vacation rental is actually Al - the property manager. He's got to be the best property manager i have ever worked with. Every Question you can imagine has an answer in his FAQ's. Super easy to work with. Every tiny detail is thought off. We as a family just talked about his attention to detail for an hour. Lot to say about the property itself. Great one - beach on one side and river on the other. Lot of outdoor deck area to hang out and pool under a tree was superb. So many things avaiable for use - you just can have absolute peace of mind and just relax here. Publix is super close by and they had everything non-perishable stocked up. When I mean stocked up - I really mean stocked up. All in all great place/home/service. Thanks for the tiny treasures/gifts in the treasure box all over the home- Kids loved it.
