Aparthotel in Süd-Alberta – Eine Wohnung für Ihre Ferien finden

„Alles neu und gepflegt. Kommunikation nicht ganz einfach. Parken teuer!“

„Premium Location.“

„Tolle Anlage, mit schönen Wohn und Geneinschaftsbereichen (Sauna, Pool). Lage zentral aber ruhig.“

„Sehr schönes Appartement mit sehr guter Ausstattung, “

„We booked a two-night stay beginning September 25, 2026, at Ocgrow Reserve in Cochrane for an out-of-town family member. Based on our experience, the condition of the accommodation fell far below what we expected from a property advertised as offering a luxury experience. We arrived around 9 p.m. and struggled to locate the room due to a lack of visible signage. Once inside, we were shocked by the condition. The room was covered in what appeared to be construction dust. The towels appeared to ...

„Unfortunately, we did not feel that the overall experience quite matched the price we paid. We had mentioned when booking that this was our honeymoon, yet we were given a room directly facing the hot tub. „The property was very clean, beautiful and very large. There was plenty of parking spaces and the pool and hot tub were very nice. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, coffee, tea and other things like spices. The deck was large with a comfortable seating area and a BBQ. This is definitely a place we will come back to.“

„Hot tubs, saunas and steam room were great after skiing.“

„We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views of the mountains and comfortable accommodation.“

„The major problem: The owners/managers don’t communicate with us at all, despite multiple attempts during and after our stay. Not once. Totally unacceptable. The unit itself is OK. The shower taps are broken, the unit is over some sort of HVAC vent, so it sounds like a snowblower is going off outside your living room on a regular basis.“

„Room was very clean, staff was great. But the ad was very misleading regarding location. The ad showed it being in Spring Creek area and the actual location was not revealed until non-refundable payment was made. Very unimpressed as we wanted the other area! False advertising!“

„Very clean and excellent room. Staff was friendly but there significant proverbs with communications.“

„Everything was great, thx“
