« One of the most disappointing parts of our stay was when I asked if it was possible to change the date of one of our reserved nights\. It was simply a date mistake, not a cancellation, and we were still planning to stay at the hotel\. Unfortunately, the initial response was an immediate “no,” with no willingness to explore any possible solution or alternative\.
