„Nice little get away place. Regular coffee pot and electric kettle for hot water for morning. Not much kitchen counter space but it was good for my sister and I. Loved the Hot tub on the deck! It is near the main road into town and a train track so there is a little noise but nothing horribly loud. The only thing missing was a outdoor fire pit ,but the electric fireplace made up for that. Would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to going back. Wish accommodation slept more for ...

„Really nice property, nicely decorated, everything you need is there. Close to everything, Medford is easy to get around. We had a neighborhood wide power outage that affected the heater somehow. The owners had a neighbor come right over to check it out. We were able to get an alternate heat source up and running. It just happened to be a rainy, chilly couple of days, but we were cozy!All said, we had a lovely time here.“

„We stayed 5 nights over Memorial Day weekend to visit our son. This place was a great find. The views are amazing. We watched local wildlife every night, close up and personal. The veterans memorial park across the road was a nice visit. Thank you John, for all the extra touches in the kitchen and bathroom. We’ll be back. “

„For our visit to Ashland, this was a perfect home base. It's a great spot to walk from and enjoy the many nearby shops, restaurants, theater, and Lithia Park. The host really offered everything we needed: umbrellas, washer and dryer with supplies, extra towels, and even coffee. A great place to stay.“

„It's in a quiet residential area about 20 minutes walk from downtown. A great place for a couple but there is an air mattress available for one or 2 additional guests. Comfy and cozy. A good place if you want to not be in a busy area.“

„The house was so cute not far from town and had access to the Rogue river. The owner had a hand written welcome note along with fresh flowers to greet us as we arrived. The house was well equipped with all the necessities of home including snacks, water bottles, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, pots and pans and comfy beds with lovely linens. We couldn’t ask for a better introduction to the beautiful state of Oregon and the town of Grants Pass. Thank you!“

„Enjoy our stay a little disappointed there was dog poop everywhere in the yard someone left behind, the patio and porch we had to clean. and then we went to cook with the grill and it was really dirty so we cleaned that we pulled plates tfrom the cupboard and they were full of water, and my husband got water all over them enjoyed our stay but a little disappointed“
