« Very clean and detail appointed cottage. Location is very close to the Rogue River and close driving distance to grocery stores. The kitchen had modern appliances and nicely equipped. (No dishwasher). The bed in the Master bedroom was very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! »

« Knocked our socks off. Beautiful place, with animals in a green space and riverside hangouts on the Applegate. Lodgings next to the road, but that’s quiet at night and the river side is where you hang out. The host has built something special, and she’s on it all the time. She’s also more than tidy, so less is more, which some of us love. Don’t miss the tiny towns on the west, Applegate, Provolt, and Williams. They’re tiny but friendly. »

« The house was as clean as it could be. It definitely needs some work, the shower looks moldy in the seams. It’s an old country house. I felt comfortable using the kitchen, it was clean. It was a peaceful and quiet area. The biggest issues for me were the bugs, and the smell. There were earwigs all over inside the house. « This felt like dropping in to grandma‘s house. This property has been in the owner‘s family for 100 years, and it feels very well lived-in. This is definitely not a sterile hotel room… there’s history here. Everything you could possibly need is provided and there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy with family and friends.
