„ Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal bei Mrs.Long und wieder sehr zufrieden. Es ist einfach aber zweckmäßig. Das Zimmer war mit eigenem Bad und Balkon ausgestattet und hat uns gut gefallen. Klimaanlage und Ventilator waren vorhanden. Ein Frühstück gab es auch, einfach aber gut, frisch zubereitet. Und Mrs. Long ist einfach die Beste! Immer freundlich und fürsorglich. Für uns ist sie um 5Uhr morgens aufgestanden und hat uns ein Taxi besorgt. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür!“

„The worst hostel I have stayed at. It was dirty, the sink was leaking and there was mold everywhere. The room wasn't prepared as I arrived. There was no towel, toilet paper and soap. I had to ask for it. Also the address listed in Expedia is wrong. There is no hostel at this address. So I had to contact the support first to give me contact Information of the hostel in order to get to the right address. That's a no go! I do not recommend staying at that place at all.“

„I booked an Elite Twin Room, City View for 2 nights at this accommodation. When we're about to checked in the middle of the night, they told us that they were overbooked. They said they didn't see my reservation or maybe they sold my room to other people. I was so angry and cancelled my stay here and asked for a refund from Expedia. „It's the typical guest house rooms by the water. They have 2 locations, I didn't know this when I book after my friend book with them. They send me to the other side of the water. We had to carry 2 heavy luggage over the bridge. No elevators to 3rd floor. Room is basic, typical shower without cover so water can get everywhere. The staff are friendly and nice though.
