« Trust the reviews on this one. It's very walkable to the main beach and many dining and shopping options. Two nice coffee shops nearby as well. It's small -- not a lot of room for suitcases, packages, etc but it's VERY cute and cozy. Also, the rooms are on the second floor (outdoor steps) so be mindful when packing a 50-pound suitcase. »

« Only had two nights, but loved the location, the views and proximity to the Pacific. The home was great, close to much of what Laguna has to offer. We enjoyed the patio, the firepit and the coastal access immensely »

« We stayed for only 2 nights and wish we stayed in San Diego longer. The house was perfect for me, my husband, and my daughter. She was sooo excited there was a lemon tree! We asked if we could pick some and made lemonade! Overly a great home and location in San Diego. »

« We love the Montecito area and the proximity to wonderful restaurants right down the street. Loved the high ceilings and cute patio which made the cottage feel spacious. It was charming and well appointed! I would absolutely come back to stay here again! »

« Nice open living space. Clean linens and kitchen. Great space for a family! The home is close to the airport and freeway, and you can hear traffic, but it wasn't an issue as all. The kids loved watching the planes land. »

« The cottage was very cute and very affordable. It says that 8 could stay there, but I wouldn't recommend any more than 6. The common areas were a little crowded when we had all 6 guests out there. There is room for parking for 2 vehicles but any more than that, including having guests visit, would be very difficult as street parking is very crowded. There is a lot within a 1/2 mile or so and we walked everywhere. Shelter Island is about a mile away and were able to walk there to see the...
