« The cottage was cute. The placement of items was with purpose. My daughter and I loved the quaintness of it all. I have a son with down syndrome and he enjoyed the spacious patio. Everything is within 8 minutes; shopping, restaurants, grocery store. We were up for soccer the field was 8 minutes away. Highly recommend. It was the Outer Banks vibe, pogues vs kooks. :) »

« The place is incredibly cute and comforting. Everything worked as it should, the key system worked out well and we could set the temperature as needed as it was a little cool. The mini split unit worked great to help heat the place. The place was very clean and Joe the host was very responsive to my questions. The grounds were very clean and appeared to be very friendly waiving and talking with us. The pool was open but we did not utilize it. Things to make the stay a bit more comfortable...

« The cabin was spotless and had the seaside cottage vibe I was looking for.I liked the fact that I had the choice between a bed or a futon. I choose the futon and slept like a baby. I loved that I could hear the ocean and it was such a short walk to the beach. Post Jason was wonderful to work with and very attentive to any emails or correspondents that I sent to him. Will certainly consider renting one of these spots again from Jason. All in all it was a great experience. »

Many places were within walking distance which we loved. The view from the deck was lovely and on cool evenings we could close the sliding door and still enjoy the view!We highly recommend the Sunshine Shack. »

"Well situated. Rooms very clean. Just when you have a communicate room, you hear the other room. The personal is very very hepful. We had a small problem with a light at 9pm and less than 5 min, someone was there. Thank you to all!"
