Südküste Condos – Die perfekte Wohnung für Ihre Ferien finden

„Nette Unterkunft, hat alles was man braucht. Etwas ringhörig, aber sonst alles gut.“

„Clean and spacious room. Great balcony with amazing views and the absolute best location!“

„The finding the lock box and not knowing my parking #8 space was mine would have helped and it was definitely difficult getting the lockbox open once I found it after trying all the ones on the deck but only one phone call did the trick“

„Our recent stay this past August 2026 was awesome. The condo is across the street from the beach with easy access. The area is full of fun activities to keep you entertained and a shopping area for food etc. close by.The condo is very clean and fully stocked. Photos are accurate. I would highly recommend and stay again next season!“

„Great space, clean and easy check in and out. Highly recommend!“

„Property manager was very kind but a little hard to get a hold of. Owner of the property was amazing and in contact immediately. The house is quaint, cute and perfect for a beautiful stay on the coast. We enjoyed the location more than anything. The owners left a binder with a lot of very helpful information for restaurants, stores, etc. If you want to stay in the area, you can walk almost anywhere. All in all we loved our stay and would return.“

„We liked the place, though it is a littte worn. Those 2 standing lamps would have been nice to have, the ceiling lamp was so bright we could not use it.“

„Place was perfect location to downtown but still quiet. Unit was clean and exactly as described.“

„Great condo! Parking for larger vehicle may be a problem.“

„Check in was a breeze! The directions were easy to follow and the unit was easy to find. Extremely clean, and everything I needed for my stay was provided! The beds were so comfortable and the neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Easy access to the beach!I’ve stayed in comparable places for much more affordable rates. At over 700 a night with fees, I would expect something much nicer. The tub and bathroom sink are very old. Not all of the windows have coverings so I was flashing neighbors ...

„Excellent property in Portland. Clean with amenities needed for any stay. Easy access to downtown. Hosts communicate exceptionally well and property is everything it promotes!“

„Great location!“

„This was a nice place to spend a weekend near the beach. The house was comfortable and communication with the owner helped make everything easy. We enjoyed our stay!“

„We love our stay at this condo! It's a great size for our annual sister trip with a beautiful balcony looking at the ocean. We love being on the balcony looking of the bar and live music every afternoon and evening! The host responds quickly and was helpful finding other places to park! Thanks for a great stay!“

„We absolutely loved our stay in Old Orchard. The beach was 10x nicer than we expected. Waking up for sunrise was a treat. The condo is spacious and loved having the windows open for the ocean breeze. We were able to grill lobster. Beds upstairs were super comfy. Better sleeping on the couch than the couch bed as the couch bed is terrible at best (there’s plenty of room on the couch). Kitchen is very sparse. Pick up all essentials in town (coffee, plastic wrap/foil, paper towels, paper cups, ...

„Beautiful property in a wonderful location! We will stay here again when we come back to this area.“
