« Gary and Jody's house is awesome. I have enjoyed to stay during my vacation. The property is very clean and amenities are well equipped. Gary is easy to reach out and very quick response back. I have appreciated their preparations and hospitality. Definitely, I will stay again if I visit Pagosa Springs again. »

« The host was great, the location was great, and the place was great. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were perfect for what we needed. There was a lot of pet hair and the shower is really small are the only two complaints. The host had the place ready for us and allowed us to come in early since there wasn't someone there the previous night. I would definitely stay there again. »

« What a wonderful little gem of a space. My daughter and I had a great time. Everything was well appointed and super cozy. Was easy to find and get inside. Super close to grocery and other stores.
Will definitely be staying there again for the odd ski trip. So thankful to not have to break the bank just for a bed and shower. Loved! Thank you!!!! »
