Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. « This property was perfect for my needs. I was being treated at St Anthony's in Lakewood which was only a few miles away down 6th Ave. It was quiet, clean and centrally located to anything I needed. I would definitely book it again. »

« My family and another family stayed here during our daughter’s 12 day softball tournament. The house was interesting at first but we adapted quickly. The guests above us didn’t know there was another family staying below so that interaction was awkward, but we became fast friends. The neighborhood on the 4th of July was active and we were able to watch the fireworks from the driveway! »
