Hotel Sud-est du Michigan

« I stayed here 3 months ago and it was great. Unfortunately this weekend had MANY kids tournaments of kids. So there were kids running up and down the corridors riding luggage racks, yelling. Called front desk at 9:50pm. "Well, we cant do anything til 10pm". Very disappointing. 3 nights didnt receive any turndown service. Breakfast is always good. But not a great service and 3 nights lack of sleep »

« Worst night This is the first time in my life I’ve stayed in a hotel room with such poor soundproofing. I can hear everything from the room next door—even the sound of people talking and sneezing. What’s even worse is that the people next door didn’t go to sleep until 1:00 AM. I never want to stay here again. »

« Probably good for meetings but not great for a night or two staycation. Best feature - the staff, friendly and helpful. Clean, spacious rooms. Only one comfortable chair in the room so second person had to use the desk chair - comfortable but not the same. Hard to find pool - no signage in main lobby. No locker room next to pool. Hot tub was out of commission. »

« No cleaning service during the stay. Bathroom paint job was pretty bad considering the recent renovation. Maybe the repair was incomplete? There is an energy saving power shutoff system that dropped the temperature at night. I suggest they put an information card or sign up to explain how it worked because we were just guessing. »
