« Property owner didn't know we were staying at the property since she "hadn't communicated with VRBO in a long time". The cabin had not been cleaned. The caretaker changed the bedding but that was all. My husband cleaned the bathroom. We were told the water was under a boil restriction. I wonder if it's always under a boil restriction. We were provided a few bottles of water. The window air unit dripped so we had to keep a bowl under it. The location was nice with only the caretaker house near. »

« The property was clean and as advertised. There was a domestic issue with the neighbor and two men. One in a police car , the other laying in our front yard with blood all over him. According to the police and the other neighbors it happens often. We ended up not staying here. No type of refund but it was what it was. The property was cute but not a situation we wanted to be in the middle of to start our vacation »
