„Property owner didn't know we were staying at the property since she "hadn't communicated with VRBO in a long time". The cabin had not been cleaned. The caretaker changed the bedding but that was all. My husband cleaned the bathroom. We were told the water was under a boil restriction. I wonder if it's always under a boil restriction. We were provided a few bottles of water. The window air unit dripped so we had to keep a bowl under it. The location was nice with only the caretaker house near.“

„The property was clean and as advertised. There was a domestic issue with the neighbor and two men. One in a police car , the other laying in our front yard with blood all over him. According to the police and the other neighbors it happens often. We ended up not staying here. No type of refund but it was what it was. The property was cute but not a situation we wanted to be in the middle of to start our vacation“

„The property was just as photo shown. The owners were very courteous and attentive. Always available if we had any questions. They allowed us to check in a little early which helped tremendously and was greatly appreciated. I recommend this to anyone. Very close to the beach, short walk and lots of games and fun stuff to do. “

„Interior was clean and well appointed with thoughtful touches such as-- Keurig with generous supply of KCups, Brita water filter, new nonstick cookware, sound machines in the bedrooms. Kitchen was well supplied for cooking. We had plenty of dishes, glassware and utensils for a dinner for 6. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels, plus shampoo, conditioner and body wash if you didn't bring your own. Beds were very comfortable memory foam. TVs were in every room.
